Our Vision
Brook-dolphin was founded with a clear vision: to help Scandinavian leaders navigate the digital communication landscape with the same grace and professionalism they exhibit in face-to-face meetings.
We saw how the transition to remote work and digital communication created new challenges for managers and management teams. Nuances in body language and tone of voice disappeared, and misunderstandings became increasingly common. At the same time, expectations for rapid response and constant availability increased.
Our solution is training that provides concrete tools to handle these challenges, based on research in communication science and practical experience from the business world.
