Booking our training programs takes place via email or through contact forms on the website. A booking becomes binding when we send a booking confirmation.

All prices on the website are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and exclude VAT unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but confirmed bookings are not affected by price changes.
5.3 Payment
Payment is made against invoice with a 30-day payment term unless otherwise agreed. Late payment interest applies according to law in case of delayed payment.
5.4 Cancellation
Cancellation of training must be done in writing. The following cancellation rules apply:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before training: No cost
- Cancellation 7–14 days before training: 50% of the course fee
- Cancellation less than 7 days before training: 100% of the course fee
You can always send a substitute if you cannot attend yourself.
5.5 Changes and cancelled training
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training in the event of insufficient registrations or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancelled training, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to participate at another time.
6. Limitation of liability
The information on the website is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive to keep the information current and correct but do not guarantee its completeness or reliability.
We are not responsible for:
- Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website
